About the trip

Join us on an exciting guided bus tour of the beautiful island of Karmøy, a trip that will be a treat for your senses. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy as we take you through the island's varied landscapes and fascinating stories.

Our expert local guide will share stories that connect the past with the present, highlighting Karmøy's rich heritage and beauty.

As we travel through this scenic paradise, we’ll make three stops for you to explore and take stunning photos.

Visnes - Home to a charming mini Statue of Liberty, symbolizing the island's global connections. Here, you can take amazing photos of this unique piece of history.

Åkrasanden - An award-winning Blue Flag beach known for its soft white sand and clear waters. Enjoy the peaceful beauty and take wonderful photos of the beach.

Skudeneshavn - Our main stop, is located at the southern tip of the island. Here, you can explore this lovely village at your own pace. Skudeneshavn is known as Norway's most charming summer town and is nicknamed the 'White Lady of the Empire.' Walk through its streets and alleys to experience the calm and beauty of the past. Visit The World's Smallest Cafe for a unique experience, or explore the village's mix of old and new architecture.

Our final stop is St. Olav's Church, a historic landmark built in 1250. This ancient church has guided pilgrims for centuries along the St. Olav's pilgrimage route. Reflect on the journeys of past pilgrims and the island's spiritual history.

With your heart full of new memories and your camera full of stunning photos, our bus will take you back to the cruise terminal. Join us on this unforgettable journey and see Karmøy's beauty unfold before your eyes. Each stop offers a unique experience, and Skudeneshavn invites you to discover its hidden treasures.

«Norway Memories "Alphonso, our guide was so knowledgeable on the area and country of Norway, that we learned a lot! He took us to the world’s smallest cafe, where we enjoyed pancakes made while we watched and wonderful cinnamon buns with elderflower drink. We ate in the baker’s dining room. She was a most welcoming host! Such a wonderful memory of Norway it will always be!"»

«Cruise port pickup tour of haugesund and the surrounding area Lovely tour of local area. Informative guide and driver who knew lots about the local history. Tranquil, picturesque and quiet. Great tour if you find yourself in this area on a Sunday as haugesund itself has very little open so it was lovely to see into the surrounding area»

«Super Tour with Super Guide! Alfons, best man! Great guide, great tour! How much does this man actually know? We travelled with 4 adults and 2 children, Viking Adventures also provided child seats, which was great! Highly recommended!»

«We arrived into Haugesund on a Sunday and were aware that most things were shut, the tour filled a good chunk of the time we were there. Both Marie and our driver were very friendly and informative and we got to see sights that otherwise we would have missed, the beach was stunning and my husband very happy to have seen the needle! Toilets in 3 out of the 4 stops plus the chance to have a coffee at stop 3. Fabulous tour.»
